In a tragic incident in Bengaluru, Kannada actor Nagabhushana was allegedly involved in a fatal accident, colliding with a couple who were walking on the footpath. The devastating incident occurred on a Saturday night, resulting in the woman’s death shortly after the accident, while the man is currently undergoing surgery. An official First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against Nagabhushana for alleged speeding and negligent driving . As of now, Nagabhushana has not issued a statement regarding the incident.
The accident transpired at 9:45 pm, when Nagabhushana’s vehicle collided with the couple on the footpath at the Vasantha Pura main road. Reports suggest that Nagabhushana, known for his role in Tagaru Palya, was traveling from Uttarahalli to Konanakunte at the time of the incident. The collision with the couple was followed by the actor hitting an electric pole. Subsequently, Nagabhushana took the injured couple to the hospital. Unfortunately, the woman, identified as 48-year-old Prema, lost her life during the journey, while the man, Krishna, aged 58, sustained injuries to his legs, head, and stomach.
