The much-anticipated Dussehra Mysuru Film Festival is all set to enthrall movie buffs from October 15 to 22, spanning seven exciting days of cinematic delight. The festival will feature a staggering 112 films, presented at the DRC Cinemas on Hunasuru Road and three screens at Inox in Mysuru, as revealed by Mysuru Dasara Film Festival Committee’s Deputy Special Officer, M.K. Savitha.

This year’s Dussehra Film Festival promises a rich display of artistic and thought-provoking films at regional, national, and international levels. For the viewing pleasure of the public, tickets are available at ₹500 and ₹300 for students. A daily pass is priced at ₹100. Additionally, passes can be conveniently purchased online.
The inauguration of the Film Festival is scheduled for 11:30 AM on October 15 at the Kalamandira, presided over by the District Kannada Sahitya Parishat Secretary, Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa. The event will also feature musical performances by Sadhu Kokila and his troupe before the inauguration. Renowned music director Dr. Hansalekha, along with actors Milan Nagaraaj, Manvitha Kamath, Mayuri, and Vaibhavi Shandilya, will be in attendance at the event.
