Motorola Edge 40 Neo Launches in EMEA, India Release on September 21

Motorola has officially launched the Motorola Edge 40 Neo in the EMEA region, with its release in India scheduled for September 21. This smartphone joins the Motorola Edge 40 and Motorola Edge 40 Pro, which made their global debut in April.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC and boasts a robust 5,000mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support. It serves as the successor to the Motorola Edge 30 Neo, which was unveiled in September 2022, featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset and 4,020mAh battery with 33W wired Turbo charging support.

Pricing and Availability

Available in striking color options including Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea, the sole variant of the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, featuring 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage, is priced at EUR 399, which translates to roughly Rs. 35,400. Currently, the phone is accessible for purchase in European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo sports a 6.55-inch full-HD+ pOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It features a high refresh rate of 144Hz and a peak brightness level of 1300 nits, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. This dual nano SIM-supported smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC paired with a Mali-G610 MC1 GPU, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB of uMCP inbuilt storage. It runs on the Android 13-based MyUX OS.
